Using External Airlink Modem

Click Display

 

Click About pocket 3D

Make Sure that you have at least

Version 6.11.03 of Pocket 3D

Click Ok

Click Setup

Click Equipment

Click New

Enter Configuration name

 

Enter “Airlink”

Click Ok

Click Next

Select Com Port

Click Next

Select Radio Type “Airlink Modem (CDMA)

Select the Port that you have connected the Airlink Modem to on the GPS unit.  Hiper can be connected to the A or D port.  The GR-3 has only one serial port which is A.

Baud Rate “115200”

Data “8”

Parity “None”

Stop “1”

Click Set

Enter IP Address and Port

GeoNet Texas 12.237.204.170/2101

GeoNet Canada 12.237.204.171/2101

GeoNet Ohio 12.237.204.172.2101

Click Ok

Click CDMA Tab

Enter in Dial-Up Parameters

Click NTRIP Tab

Select Virual Radio Port

Gr-3 = B port

Hiper = A or B Port

If you are using a serial cable it will be B

If you are using Bluetooth it will be A

Click Ok

Click Next

Click Finish

Select Airlink

Click Ok

Click Yes

Click Survey

Click “Connect to GPS”

Select the GPS receiver

Click Setup

Click Radios

Click CDMA

Click Status Tab
